Shipping Policy

ENJOY FREE SHIPPING
Auckland area: your order is $50 and above

North Island: your order is $70 and above

South Island: your order is $100 and above

A flat shipping fee will be charged if your order does not hit the value stated in the above:

Auckland area: $7

North Island: $11

South Island: $20

*An extra rural area surcharge fee of $6.59 will be charged if your postcode is under rural area.

**For products exceeding certain volume or weight, extra shipping charges may be incurred. These additional costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

ORDER PROCESSING
Please ensure you double check your address before confirming your order at checkout, as addresses cannot be changed after this. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days and operates Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded), following your order confirmation email. You'll receive another email when your order is out for delivery.  

DELIVERY TIME
All items dispatch from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand with estimated shipping times:

Auckland area: within 2 business days after your order is being processed (excluding holidays).

North Island & South Island: within 3-4 business days after your order is being processed (excluding holidays).

*Allow extra time for rural area deliveries.  

DELIVERY DELAYS
While we aim for timely delivery, high order volumes or unforeseen postal disruptions may occasionally delay shipments. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any delays. 

COURIER DISCLAIMER
Please note that for deliveries handled by third-party couriers, we cannot control their specific delivery procedures or timing beyond our initial arrangements. We work closely with reputable couriers to ensure the best possible delivery experience. 

ORDER STATUS
Check your order status using the email notification sent once your order ships. 

DELAYED ORDERS
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of shipping confirmation, contact us at support@friendsnfur.com with your name and order number for assistance.
